Engineering Design
In addition to fulfilling the requirements of municipalities and secretariats, all of our engineers in the design department have substantial expertise with local building regulations and international design codes. We constantly ensure that our client receives their project on schedule, with excellent accuracy and precise clarity.

- Prepare all design plans in various specializations, including architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, air conditioning, firefighting and firefighting designs.

Fire & Life Safety (FLS)
Fire and Life Safety (FLS) Systems play an important role in buildings’ engineering.
FLS are important to apply in all stages of design, installation, commissioning and maintenance to take stringent measures and ensure safety, minimize risks, and help prevent loss and injuries that may rise from fire, electrical, and other hazards.

Building Information Management (BIM)
Building Information Modeling or Building Information Management is a highly collaborative process that allows architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to plan, design, and construct a structure or building within one 3D model.
Supervision
In order to accomplish the project owner's objectives of cutting expenses, boosting output, and staying within the project implementation timeframe, project supervision depends on engineering management techniques and strategies.
- Submit weekly progress reports including site meeting minutes and issues arising
- Review of Contractor’s Interim Claims and recommendations to the Client Payment certificates
- Practical Completion Inspection Report and Punch List.
- Practical Completion Certificate/Certificate of Occupancy and other Project Completion Reports as applicable.
Project Managment
Project Management relies on engineering management approaches and methods that have been harnessed to achieve the project owner's goals in terms of reducing costs, increasing production, and adhering to the project implementation period.
We work to represent the owner with all their responsibilities and obligations to implement the project, by providing the necessary engineering apparatus to manage the project from supervision, follow-up, preparation, and implementation, starting from offering the project for competition to qualified contractors until it is awarded to the most efficient and best-priced contractor. After approval, the necessary support and coordination are provided between the various specializations to complete their work with all flexibility and ease and at the lowest possible prices.
During the implementation period, we are keen to inform the owner of all stages of implementation through professional periodic reports that clarify the monthly development of work in the project
License & Building Permits Issuance
ACC is liscenced from Jeddah municipality and Administartion of Civil Difense, that can provide the following services:
- Issuance of building, construction, renovation permit through Balady Platform.
- Issuance or renewal of Civil Defense Liscense (Conformity Certificate) through the Administration of Civil Defense or Salamah platform.
